World War II Days
Saturday, September 23 . 10 am to 5 pm

ONLY Online ticket purchases have ended for this special event.  You may purchase tickets in-advance at the museum Gift Shop or at the gates the days of World War II Days.

The largest World War II re-enactment in the Midwest brings together 1,300 reenactors and more than 60 authentic vehicles for this one-of-a-kind special event.  Tour encampments, watch skirmishes and large-scale narrated battles, listen to lectures and musical performances, and enjoy several new activities in 2017.

There is free parking for visitors and golf cart shuttles for visitors with special needs.

Ticket Pre-Sale Special
Receive a free copy of the World War II Days Souvenir Book when you buy your tickets in-advance online or at the museum Gift Store.  One free souvenir book, per ticket(s) purchase.   Online purchasers will receive their copy of the souvenir book when visiting the Gift Shop the day you attend the World War II Days.  When you buy your tickets in-advance at the Gift Store, you will receive your copy at that time.  Purchase a membership now and receive a free Souvenir Book with purchase of a membership at the museum.  New members will also pickup their Souvenir Book at the Gift Shop.

* If you are a Veteran and or Active Duty Military Personnel simply show proof of military service with your Military ID cards, Veterans Affairs cards or Discharge papers to receive discounted ticket price.

You can also purchase tickets in-advance at the museum Gift Shop, and at the gates the days of the special event.

Registered wristbanded re-enactors are the ONLY guests admitted into the event in vintage military uniform.  Visitors to the event may dress in 1940s civilian costume if they wish as long as the Visitor sticker is worn prominently.
